Lake Garda is located in northern italy and is perfectly integrated into the picturesque scenery, green mountains and steep faces. The north side of the lake, is the Alto Garda area and offers by the right weather conditions a constant wind.

The morning wind is called „Vento or Peler“ from locals and comes from the north towards the lake, develops his full strength of 7 Bft roughly in the middle of the lake at the quaint small town of Malcesine. In the north at our station in Torbole, the wind blows with light 1-2 Bft and offers best step-in oppurtunities with shallow water in front of our station. Around 12 o’clock lunchtime suddenly the wind changes his direction and comes form south instead of north. Now the wind blows up to 6 Bft on our station at Torbole. Best conditions for all advanced and professional. Some will be surprised to see on some spots at Torbole surfers with worldcup championship level. No wonder, Vasco the owner of the station, was nominated in the Olympic team of Italy. Be sure, himself and his team will bring your wind surfing level forward with professional advice.
